About PEG
Proudly South African.
Built on Transformation.

PEG Retail Operations opened its first service station in 2016. In a few short years, we have expanded our footprint across the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Gauteng and the North West.

Our strategy is built on providing a full retail fuel service — including convenience stores and quick service restaurants — using a multi-partner approach with a strong focus on building solid partnerships and enduring relationships.

KAL Group Limited holds a 70.68% majority stake in PEG Retail Operations (Pty) Ltd. Bourbon Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd holds 22.25%, with Red Navona Properties (Pty) Ltd at 3.88% and Empowerment & Transformation Investments (Pty) Ltd at 3.19%.

As part of the KAL Group family, PEG leverages shared services across supply chain, logistics, human capital, and financial functions — ensuring we remain agile and customer-focused at every level of operation.

We are proud of our efforts to empower our employees through the KAL Trust, which provides access to housing loans, education grants, and a genuine stake in our growth journey.
